     About the Speaker:

Mr. Reines is currently a senior electrical engineer at the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin. He has been at the PSC for the last eight years. He works in the areas of stray voltage, metering, power quality and NESC code interpretation. He has written many papers for the ASAE on various stray voltage issues and maintains a large database of utility first time investigation data. He previously worked as undergrad. labs manager for sixteen years in the Electrical Engineering Dept. of UW-Madison, his alma mater, and before that worked for 5 years as a systems integration engineer for Johnson Controls Corp, in Milwaukee.
