     About the Speaker:

Dr. Roberts holds a BS and DVM degree from Michigan State University. For 14 years he was in private practice in Northeast Wisconsin, providing a herd health service to dairy farmers. Since January 1994 Dr. Roberts has worked for the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection as a member of the Stray Voltage Analysis Team and now the Rural Electric Power Services (REPS) program.
His primary responsibility in the REPS program is to provide veterinary assistance to farmers concerned about the effects of stray voltage on their herd's health and performance. In this position he has provided
veterinary assistance to over 500 farmers with stray voltage concerns, published articles, and given numerous educational presentations on veterinary issues related to stray voltage.
