     About the Speaker:

Mr. Forester is a professional engineer. He organized Forster Electric Engineering in January 1981 as a consulting firm. Mr. Forester has provided professional design services to electric and water utilities in Wisconsin and neighboring states, and has provided consulting services to industrial and commercial clients throughout the United States. He has provided instruction in stray voltage training (in conjunction with University of Wisconsin Extension) since 1993.

     About the Speaker:

Dr. Reinemann is a Professor of Biological Systems Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has extension, teaching and research appointments in the areas of machine milking, robotic milking, and rural energy issues. He has conducted research and instructional programs on stray voltage since 1990. He also chairs the Energy Analysis and Policy Program in the UW's Institute for Environmental Studies.
