     About the Speaker:

Mr. Herrman is Manager-Wholesale Services, responsible for sales of energy, developing alliances and partnerships with cooperatives and municipal utilities, and providing utility-related services for these customers. He represents WPS Resources on the Board of Directors of Badger Energy Services LLC, a propane company recently formed with several cooperatives. He also chairs its risk management committee.
Mr. Herrman began his career with WPS in 1985 as Supervisor of the Farm Department. He served several years on the Wisconsin Farm Electric Council. He is currently Chair of The National Food and Energy Council Board of Directors. He works with many external organizations and currently serves as Chair of the Wisconsin FFA Sponsors Board.
Prior to joining Public Service, Mr. Herrman served as Director of Marketing and Economic Analysis for the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture. He has a B.S. in Dairy Science and an M.S. in Business.

     About the Speaker:

Mr. Richardson joined DCSI in 1986 as manager of the engineering department that develops TWACS products. He moved to DCSI's marketing department in 1997, and advanced to head up that group as the Vice President of New Business Development. During his tenure, DCSI has grown from a niche player in the advanced metering segment into an industry leader with a rapidly growing customer base and accelerating revenue growth. Bob grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, earning his BS in Electrical Engineering at Carnegie-Mellon University in 1976. Bob's entire career has been devoted to the utility industry, first at Westinghouse Electric Corporation and later at McGraw-Edison Power Systems, now a unit of Cooper.
